FINGER PULLER

DF-900PF

The DF-900PF is an innovative pull finger that attaches to a welded pin for dent pulls on automotive aluminum panels. Simply slide the pull finger over the stud to engage. The slide finger will hold onto the stud until it is disengaged by pressing the release lever. Dent Fix pull fingers are quicker to attach and disengage than screw-on type pull fingers.

Attach a pull devices to the fingers for a reliable and sturdy pull. For crease pulls, multiple pull fingers can be used together when attached to welded studs in a row. A bar can then be fed through the pull finger eyelet and attached to a bridge puller.

Dent Fix's Pull Finger, when used with Dent Fix Alu-Studs DF-900PS and DF-900PM, is also adjustable. Due to the extra length of the Alu-Stud pin, the pull finger can slide up or down the pin if an adjustment needs to be made mid-pull. This adjustment feature is not available when using screw-on fingers.

BRIDGE PULLER - MAXI

DF-505BP

The DF-505BP MAXI Bridge Puller is a great way for Techs to perform controlled panel pulls. The Pull Control Wheel allows the tech to add incremental levels of force and lock the pull in that position. Adjustable legs can be positioned to slide anywhere along the length of the main support bar. Two types of legs are included: one leg with a ball joint and one leg with a hinge. Rubber padded feet protect the paint of the undamaged areas of the vehicle.

Add an optional DF-505BP/09 9-FInger Bear Claw attachment for even more controlled pulls of larger sections of metal.

This bridge puller is able to perform steel or aluminum pulls*

Steel (Weld-on or Glue):

When using the DF-505 Maxi System you can pull with wiggle wire or weld keys attached to the panel. For the weld keys you will also need the DF-505KEM Magnetic Key Electrode. Simply weld keys (DF-503KF & DF-503KT) in desired location, connect rod through eyelets in the keys, and attached to the Bridge Puller. Bridge can also be used with the Glue Pads/Glue from the DF-GPX Glue Pull Xtreme.

Aluminum (Weld-on or Glue):

When using an aluminum welder weld M4x12 studs to the panel an attach screw on eyelets to the studs. Install pull rod and bridge puller. Bridge can also be used with the Glue Pads/Glue from the DF-GPX Glue Pull Xtreme.

Kit includes: The main support bar, one ball joint leg, one seesaw leg, 2 finger claw, pull control wheel system, and 2 rod attachments (long and short). Pulling consumables like weld keys, wiggle wire, and/or glue pads are not included with the MAXI Bridge Puller DF-505BP and are purchased separately.

The DF-505BP/09 Bridge Puller 9-Finger Bear Claw Attachment is an optional accessory for the DF-505BP MAXI Bridge Puller (Sold Separately). Equipped with a wider bar and 9 fingers to help spread the load during the pulling process. The result is a much more controlled pull of larger sections of the metal. Fingers slide up and down to adapt to different highs and lows of the pull.

The DF-505BP/01 Wheel Puller Attachment is an optional or replacement accessory for the DF-505BP MAXI Bridge Puller (Sold Separately). The Wheel Puller Attachment is equipped with a 2 fingers bear claw and wheel adjustment control, that can be added to the DF-505BP MAXI Bridge Puller, to expand the pulling surface to move metal at the same time. When the Bridge is equipped with two Wheel Puller Attachments the result is a much more controlled pull of larger sections of the metal. Add the optional DF-505BP/09 9-Finger Bear Claw Attachment (Sold Separately) for even more control of the damaged area.

The DF-505AT is an Accessory Tray that is a great way to increase the amount of working surface area for your MAXI or EZ Nitro! It mounts securely to the crown of the unit and holds firmly in place to provide more storage area, right by your side. Position consumables and optional equipment (sold separately) on the top of the unit for easy access when working. Each tray adds 50 square inches of work space.

Purchase two Accessory Trays to maximize the amount of work space for your MAXI (Please note they are sold as individual pieces and not as a set).

Our nine-fingered claw, the DF-506, is designed for heavier panels and pulls that may require a slide hammer or power post. The pulling finger design allows for stronger pulls that may require a slide hammer or come along .With the wiggle wire system over pulling is never a problem.

4 FINGER BEAR CLAW

The DF-504 Four Finger Bear Claw is ideal for hand pulling creases across a door. Used in combination with wiggle wire that is welded to the panel, the unique finger design allows the deepest part of the panel to be pulled first, creating an even pull. As the damage is relieved, the rest of the fingers start to pull. Over pulling is a thing of the past.

Protect your Maxi (DF-505/220V & DF-505/110V) with the DF-505DC Dust Cover *. The durable material will guard against the dust and debris floating around the shop. Discourage would be "borrowers" from easily grabbing your tools when you are not around.
