The Gyspot PTI-s7 Evolution Resistance Spot Welder is the ideal solution to the welding requirements
of high strength steels (UHSS/boron), with a clamping force of 550daN with 8bars air pressure,
and a welding current that can reach 14,500 Amps.
The C-Clamp integrates a high-tech transformer offering an answer to limited
power supply issues, it can operate with 40 Amps fuses only.
The Gyspot PTI-s7 Evolution Resistance Spot Welder is the ideal solution to the welding requirements
of high strength steels (UHSS/boron), with a clamping force of 550daN with 8bars air pressure,
and a welding current that can reach 14,500 Amps.
The C-Clamp integrates a high-tech transformer offering an answer to limited
power supply issues, it can operate with 40 Amps fuses only.
Operating the welder is extremely easy thanks to the automatic
welding parameters being set in AUTO-SET mode.

Fully automatic, process-controlled and mobile multifunctional spot welding system in 10 kHz medium frequency inverter technology with and without active cooling and different tongs as required.
The PREMIUMspot VISION was developed for bodywork repairs, especially in the field of lightweight construction, and can weld sheets up to 4 mm thick.
Designed for the operation of all ELMA-Tech 10 kHz spot welding guns in C and X versions.
Resistance spot welding of vehicle bodies, in particular of components made of high-strength, ultra-high-strength, coated and bonded steel sheets and multi-sheet connections with quality information about the welding result (no need to find parameters). Thanks to the unique "Virtual Machine" control technology, new sheets can also be welded without any further settings.

Briefly, the main features of this welding equipment can be summed up as follows: automatic identification of the connected welding gun; welding gun with integrated transformer enabling the connection to the welding system through an industrial socket and a set of quick fittings, thus allowing to avoid spanners, tools or screws for its replacement; welding gun main components i.e. transformer, arms, electrodes fully cooled by a closed loop cooling system, mounted on the cart of the system itself.
The welding transformer is fully designed and produced by TECNA. Integrated in the welding gun, it is fully water-cooled to optimize productivity and increase the duty cycle.
The water cooling system affects the transformer, the arms and the electrodes so to further increase the productivity of the equipment, through a heat exchanger.
The supporting arm includes a balancer produced by TECNA, designed and sized for a safe and comfortable operation in workshop environments.
New touch screen welding control unit with intuitive graphic diagrams, allowing a very simple use of the machine by the user. It is possible to choose between different operation modes: the automatic Smart+, Quick and Full mode.
The cart is ergonomic, compact and stable; it is provided with a proper armholder in the rear position
